INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE SHOULD NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. For best results, apply the gel gently on to your breasts twice daily (in the morning and at night before retiring to bed). You should first sponge the breast effectively with Lukewarm water so as to make the area clean and warm. Then apply Enlarge Body Toner Gel with fingers & massage it in a circular motion with light hands, starting with the nipple and working towards the base of the breast. Apply it for 3 to 5 minutes on one side and then repeat with the other side. Results will come within 6 to 8 weeks of therapy with an increase of one cup size, and this is the minimum time period one must continue with the gel.
